Developed for the Protection, Monitoring and Management of Humanities most Priceless Resources
Mastco's Temperature Monitoring System was designed with traceability and validation throughout. Audible and visual alarms, archiving functions, tamperproof settings and multiple printouts are just some of our features.
Mastco's monitoring systems include distinctive features that managers, supervisors, and technicians need but find lacking in other makes of temperature monitors. All products are specifically designed with the customer in mind and to conform to all regulatory requirements. The essential prerequisites of a temperature monitoring system are ease of viewing, ease of operation, management, and essentially reliability.
Our three key Product lines are AlarmLog, ScanLog, and the MSM
Our encapsulated PTFE temperature probes come standard with most of Mastco's Monitors including AlarmLogs and DuaLogs!
The Mastco team is extremely proud of our temperature monitoring systems and is convinced you will find one perfect for your needs.
Mastco's temperature range of -200° C to +200° C(-328° F to +392° F)
is the best in the industry.
We also have two travel loggers, TraveLog and CryoLog. All of our monitoring systems or loggers operate either in a stand-alone mode or in conjunction with a PC using custom Window based software.
Mastco's Scanlog is the heart of our 10 to 80-channel system
| ScanLog
allows you to grow using your existing AlarmLogs and DuaLogs therefore
not wasting valuable resources when you exceed your AlarmLog MultiPoint
system. Scanlog generates both an audible and visual alarm whenever an out-of-limit condition occurs. No cryptic fault codes or unrecognizable channel number will appear since you define both the title and error message. |
Our AlarmLog is a single channel battery powered monitor
AlarmLogs can be used as either a portable unit or wall mounted. They may be used independently or up to ten units to create a MultiPoint system. A full range of installation accessories make the system simple to install and easy to expand. |
The DuaLog is basically a two-channel AlarmLog without a LCD display or keypad. The primary advantage is that a customer receives a two-channel system for about the same cost of one AlarmLog |
MSM "Our Largest System"
Our MSM system consists of two basic components, the Central Scanner and Remote Sensor Units (RSUs). The Central Scanner continually monitors each RSU and maintains all channel history. The large six-line vacuum fluorescent display (VFD) shows precisely what the status is at each RSU location The MSM and ScanLog systems have many of the same features since ScanLog was developed from the MSM system |
Our Travel Temperature Logger
Mastco's Cryogenic Travel Logger
| CryoLog was designed for shipments with dry ice but can be used in various applications. The logger is attached on the external surface of shipping containers with the PTFE probe inside next to your valuable shipment. CryoLog has three LED indicators (Normal, Warning and Alarm) for safeguard and ease of detecting problems during transport. Many other features are similar to AlarmLog including Mastco's quality and dependability. CryoLog's operating range is -100° C to +20° C (-148° F to +68° F) |
Quality is Reliability
ISO 9001 registration covers the design and manufacture of our Temperature Monitor, Alarm and Logging System and associated applications software.
A one-year parts and labor warranty and free telephone support for the lifetime of your equipment shows our confidence in our systems. We include free version software upgrades for the life of your equipment.
Calibration and Validation
Mastco will provide a comprehensive calibration of all channels to ensure the systems meets or exceeds all regulatory requirements. Mastco's Calibration Units are NIST certified and our PC software will guide the non-technical user through the calibration sequence for annual re-certification or an interim quality check. Calibration dates are stored within each logger and a certificate is printed when completed.
