Company Profile

MASTCO Inc. is a manufacturer of fluoropolymer labware products and Resistance Temperature Detector (RTD) temperature probes encapsulated with PTFE for cryogenic application, chemical processing, semiconductor etching equipment, and any other application requiring the need for high purity inert material. We offer custom fabrication of PTFE components for the OEM market. These services include Isostatic molding, encapsulation, and precision machining of PTFE and TFM fluoropolymer materials.

Complementing our expertise in materials and temperature measurement, MASTCO offers a range of cryogenic data recorders, monitors and alarm systems for temperatures ranging from -200°C to +200°C. The monitors are fitted with a seamless PTFE encapsulated RTD probes that are highly reliable in cryogenic applications. The entire product range is fully field-qualified and the software is Windows 95/98 compatible.

Temperature Probes- PTFE is an ideal material for many Temperature Probe applications! Mastco's temperature probes are chemically inert, provide excellent electrical insulation, and are seamless to prevent passage of moisture without compromising reliability or precision. Our bonding method of fusing the probe's body and PTFE oversheath (cable) insures the sensor will not be damaged or destroyed from moisture, harsh chemicals, or even liquid nitrogen.

Mastco can provide certificates of traceability to our customers by purchasing PTFE/TFM directly from the resin manufacturer and complete all phases of manufacturing in-house using only virgin materials
