Mastco is a fluoropolymer specialist utilizing PTFE isostatic molding, compression molding and PTFE encapsulation with DuPont Teflon and Dyneon TFM resins. These fluoropolymer engineering plastic materials provide chemical protection and corrosion protection in chemical processing applications.

PTFE isostatic molding and compression molding can produce complex shaped PTFE parts such as PTFE labware, tube, container, gasket, insulator, seal and encapsulated magnet at much lower cost than machining from PTFE stock. In many cases PTFE products are more economical than injection molding since compression mold tooling is simple to produce.

The highest grade of resin is used for high purity applications, which offers "FDA and USP Class VI certification" for PTFE and TFM resins.

PTFE encapsulation is an excellent alternative to PTFE coating since greater thickness can be molded on metal surface with close tolerance and higher density. PTFE molding is the best product to resist chemical permeation, peeling, scratching and rough handling.

Mastco is a major supplier of standard and custom fabricated PTFE labware for the scientific research community.

Our custom OEM sector supports equipment manufacturers with PTFE design, development and prototype of complex parts by utilizing CNC machining center.

Temperature probes encapsulated with PTFE molded body and fusion bond to a PFA cable is widely used in the chemical plating and processing industries. These probes can be completely immersed in process chemicals. The entire probe is seamless from the tip to the end of the cable.
